They are micron graded and used in a similar manner to 3M Trizact belts for fine sharpening and polishing on steel. Sunmax belts are excellent for sharpening steel knives. Sunmax micron grading is similar to Trizact ®. Conversions: M5=P2500 , M16=P1200 , M30=P600.
