Premium grade 3" and 6" wide hook & loop drum sander rolls in Blue Zirconia or Red Phenolic Resin, Mirka Jepuflex, Aluminum Oxide. Heavy "E" or "F" weight paper rolls have a loop backing. They are spiral wrapped around the cylinder of a drum sander, which has a hook surface. You can also cut small discs, sheets, and triangles from this material and save a fortune.
