4-1/4" X 4" X 3/4" Keyed Non-Woven Burnishing Wheel
Non-woven burnishing wheels are designed for cleaning, blending, surface conditioning, and finishing metal. The flexible non-woven material conforms to the workpiece and provides a consistent finish without aggressive material removal.
Designed for use with a compatible burnishing/surface-conditioning machine with a 3/4" keyed arbor.
Available Grits:
- 80 Grit: Coarse cleaning, heavier blending, rust and oxidation removal
- 120 Grit: General cleaning and blending
- 180 Grit: Medium surface conditioning and scratch blending
- 240 Grit: Fine finishing and surface preparation
- 320 Grit: Fine satin finishing and smoothing
- 600 Grit: Very fine finishing and preparation for polishing
