These white textured belts are the latest technological breakthrough for sharpening and polishing steel. They are micron graded and used in a similar manner to 3M Trizact belts for fine sharpening and polishing on steel. Sunmax belts are excellent for sharpening steel knives. Sunmax micron grading is similar to Trizact ® Example M30 = A30 = P800 grit.
Conversions: A6 = 2500 grit, A16 = 1200 grit, A30 = 800 grit, A45 = 400 grit,
A65 = 320, A100 = 220 grit.
