Sanding Drums and Sleeves

These self-expanding, balanced rubber drums can be used on a drill press or hand held drill or rotary tool. Slide the abrasive sleeve over the drum and turn the nut to tighten. Resin over resin, Aluminum Oxide cloth backed bands have smooth spiral joints. See our special kits for extra value.

Sanding Drum Mandrel for Drill Press

This mandrel allows you to attach 4 1/2" long drums to your drill press. The 3/8" shank fits in the collet. The 1/2" shaft fits snuggly into the arbor of the rubber drum. You can also attach this mandrel to your bench motor shaft with a Keyless chuck,Which we sell seperately. (See Hardware)

These abrasive sleeves are made from rigid, resin bond, Aluminum Oxide cloth with smooth spiral joints. They fit CLAYTON, CRAFTSMAN®, DELTA, AND RYOBI oscillating spindle sanders.4 1/2" Drums have 1/2" Arbors and 9" Drums have 3/4" Arbors.

9" Wide Flexible Pump Sander Sleeves and USA Pneumatic Contour Drums

Our flexible sleeves are made from resin bonded aluminum oxide on "J" weight cloth backing. They will flex along with the air inflated rubber drum to follow the contours of what you are sanding. Before ordering, please verify the circumference (length) of the sleeve by cutting open an old sleeve and measuring the length. Our drums are heavy duty, premium USA quality.

Repair Kits contain: 3M Rubber and Gasket Adhesive, 60 ft Vinyl Tape, 6 Stem Valves, 20 Screws, and Repair Instructions.
